As an educator, my journey with CSA and the company Director has been nothing short of transformative over the past seven years. From the moment I joined the team, I felt valued and supported in my mission to make a difference in students’ lives. CSA Japan Director’s support has been instrumental in helping me navigate the challenges of teaching and has allowed me to focus on what truly matters: providing a quality education to my students. Overall, my experience representing CSA has been incredibly rewarding and fulfilling. I’m grateful for the opportunity to have been part of such a dynamic and impactful organization.

Working with CSA Japan and participating in their exchange program has always been very satisfying. Having students from abroad in the classroom has offered a valuable experience for our university students in terms of improving their English language skills and building friendships. CSA Japan’s program also includes sending students abroad to Portland to experience US culture and learn English language skills for three weeks. Students also experience volunteering and action projects. We hope to continue with this program that is highly rated by our students.

The most enjoyable activities were the tours given by CSA Japan. We were able to see a lot of different places of interest and we were also given the opportunity to chat with our professors while we’re walking.

I really enjoyed the program. Many of the group activities helped me immerse more into the culture, such as the Taiko Drumming and the Asakusa Kimono Wearing, and these would be difficult to schedule/plan on our own excursions, and I’m very happy that the program helped organize this for us. Another meaningful part of the program was getting to talk to Japanese students from the local University. This was an impactful experience since I really enjoyed making new friends in a different country, and it helped me step out of my comfort zone.

CSA Japan is a very reliable company. We collaborate with them in the management of short term programs and they exceed our expectations. If you think about any kind of short term program, we recommend you to collaborate with them!

The experience that I’ve had at the internship is a fantastic with the CSA Japan staff being extremely communicative and orderly. The staff and students at the school were extremely kind and thoughtful as well. One thing that I managed to learn during this internship was paying attention to smaller details during work and compiling them for the next day. I’m glad that I was able to join this internship as it broadened my horizons and made me confident in pursuing a career in this field.

I am grateful to CSA and the college management for that opportunity. I think it was beneficial for all the parties, including the students, the staff, other teachers and me, as we all learned a lot from each other. Various tasks and challenges at work helped me grow professionally and personally.
